Approximate Percentage to Percentile Conversion for 2016 Examinations of Class 12
Formula Used:

Percentile of Student X = 100 - 100* (Number of students ahead of Student X)/(number of students in the combination pool)
This is a slightly simplified approximation of the actual formula, which also takes into account half the number of students getting exactly the same score as X.
